Are you 18 or older, and interested in taking up Tennis? This is a beginner tennis instruction program for adults who want to learn or refresh their knowledge of the game. A tennis racket to keep and a t-shirt are included with registration. For more information and to register, go to TryTennis.net.
Kick-off is Saturday, May 20th, 10am at Smithfield Community Park Tennis Courts. After that will meet Tuesday nights, beginning May 23rd until June 27th, from 6:00-7:30 pm.
Fee is $30 - includes racket & t-shirt.
Walk to Run
Join us Monday nights, for a 10-week conditioning program that gets you from walking to running! Each week we will do a comprehensive body workout and increase cardio. Workouts will be on your own the rest of the week. You will need to bring water, sneakers, and workout clothes. 5 person minimum required for program to make. Meet in lobby of SRAC.
Mondays, May 1st through July 10th
Fee: $15/Smithfield Resident $30/Non-Smithfield Resident
Want to increase your cardio and build up your strength? This class will be set up with different fitness stations that will alternate cardio exercises as well as strength training exercises to challenge you. Come prepared to work out!
Saturdays, May 6th through 27th
Fee: $10/Smithfield Resident $15/Non-Smithfield Resident
